Data Viewer

Confirm parsing is complete and the file is structurally ready for the AI analytics engine.

The Uploads tab serves as your central repository and file selection hub. Here, you can view a comprehensive list of all uploaded files alongside key metadata, such as the assigned Group, Facility, Process Types, and total counts for Causes, Consequences, Safeguards, and Recommendations.

Locating Files: Use the filters at the top of the screen to quickly narrow down your file list. You can filter by:
* Search bar (by specific file name)
* Facility dropdown
* Process Types
* Date ranges (yyyy-mm-dd)

Multi-File Selection for Aggregate Analysis: A powerful feature of the Uploads dashboard is the ability to select multiple files at once using the checkboxes on the far left. Selecting multiple files allows you to perform cross-facility or cross-project analysis.
The system handles multi-file selections differently depending on which module you navigate to next:
* Data Viewer: If you select multiple files and navigate to the Data Viewer, the data from all selected files will be displayed on the same screen, distinctly separated by a thick black line so you can tell where one file ends and the next begins.
* Analytics Modules (Bowtie Visualization, Safeguard Analysis, Recommendation Analysis): If you select multiple files and navigate to these visualization and analytics tabs, the system will seamlessly aggregate all the data into a single, combined list. There are no black line separators here; instead, you get a unified view of all bowties, safeguards, or recommendations across your entire selection.

To amend data, navigate to the "Data Viewer" tab in the dashboard. The Data Viewer provides a comprehensive suite of tools to manage, view, and manipulate your data:

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Whether you are saving new edits or loading a previous version from the version history, the file MUST be re-parsed once all changes are finalized. Re-parsing is mandatory every time data is updated to refresh the analytical models and ensure the dashboards reflect the correct information.

Unparsed Edits Indicator: If you have edited and saved the data but have not yet re-parsed the file, navigate to the Uploads section. You will notice that the file's data count badges (which display the total number of causes, consequences, safeguards, etc.) are highlighted in yellow. This yellow highlighting serves as a visual warning that the file has pending edits and currently needs to be re-parsed.
